IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PARENTS Please could you inform your instructor, or your area head office if you have moved address, or changed your telephone number The law states - being in charge of children we need to have the correct address and telephone number in case we need to contact you for some reason i.e.:, an emergency. Although rare, incidents can happen from time to time, such as: Parents unexpectedly being held up from collecting their children after class. Single parents may get mixed up about who is actually picking up the child. Or in a more rare case, if a child hurts themselves we may need to contact you ASAP. On one occasion a single mother suffered a diabetic fit and lay unconscious at home. The instructor waited for her to pick up her 5 year old child after class. When this did not happen we then tried to telephone her, however her phone kept ringing. We then called the police who quickly found her address through her telephone number that we had. Luckily for her the number was correct, for it saved her life and the 5 year old was happy to be told he could now go home to his mum. Thank You |
